Experience:
Brian is a Principal EPM Consultant / Managing Partner of Inteleron Consulting Group, LLC. He has over 18 years experience , with extensive roles in financial accounting, implementation and project management work with Enterprise Performance Management solutions utilizing Hyperion applications and other technologies. Prior to joining Inteleron, Brian was a senior level consultant with Hyperion Solutions.
Brian has implemented over 80 budgeting & planning projects for fortune 500 Companies, managing 75% of those projects. Many engagements involved large, multi-site, multi-product implementations. He has managed resources ranging from professional consulting , as well as, client resources, while successfully managing project expectations, timelines, budgets, cost projections and scope in order to meet client objectives.
Brian’s deep understanding of financial processes and technical skills have allowed him to effectively create simple solutions for complex business applications.
Relevant Project Experience includes:
- Responsible for the Design, build and implementation of global planning & reporting solutions utilizing Hyperion System 9 applications; Planning, AAS / Essbase, System 9 BI+ Reporting.
- Focus on building applications that allow the design of detailed financial statement analysis, including Profit & Loss, Balance sheet ,Statements of Cash Flow and key metrics. In addition to, driver based headcount , expense, capital and cost center planning, plus detailed revenue planning.
- Lead and help design the creation and execution of change control review standards, best practice production processes and policies, and ongoing maintenance support activities.
- Acted as a single point of contact amongst the consultants, application’s subject matter expert and support organization while successfully negotiated & identified solutions, during the design, build, test and "Go Live" phases.
