Mark is a Project Manager / Principal EPM Consultant with over 20 years experience, He has had significant client management responsibilities to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction. Areas of specialty include project management, business analysis, and product specific implementation expertise in the full Hyperion suite of products and Oracle financial modules.
Mark has led the development and delivery of repeatable Hyperion implementation assets and accelerators to reduce the risk and speed the delivery of the client’s financial consolidation, budgeting/planning, and reporting solutions.
He has focused on solutions delivery, building and managing a team of diverse consulting professionals, and providing Executive level oversight on large complex Hyperion implementations with a focus on superior client satisfaction.
Relevant Project Experience includes:
- Project Manager with the overall responsibility for client satisfaction and successful implementation of HFM and/or Hyperion Planning at major corporations across a variety of industries worldwide.
- Responsible for understanding client requirements, working with the appropriate teams for Hyperion Planning/Essbase and HFM implementations, maintaining consistent communication with the client executives, resolving issues quickly, and providing direction and project management oversight to the implementation team.
- Led the Hyperion Solutions regional consulting services teams responsible for the initial product rollout of Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Financial Management version 1.0. Worked closely with early adopter clients to make sure requirements were well defined and to ensure successful project rollouts.
- Experience includes requirements gathering and management of systems implementations utilizing
Hyperion product suite for balanced scorecard, budgeting/planning/forecasting, financial consolidation and financial reporting applications and also FP&A process improvement projects.
